Modcloth had a very specific need: to dramatically expand their research capabilities across their organization, providing information that would be useful across widely differing types of practitioners and experience levels. We put together a bespoke workshop that achieved our client’s goals and participants told us, to the person, that they learned something from the workshop that would change the way they did their jobs.
Our client had a brilliant design firm to do their research and product vision. While they were left with some very valuable insights and a compelling vision, they didn’t have the organization or the internal competencies to use any of it, and the first firm they hired wasn’t interested in the practicalities. We are helping our client with implementation so they can realize the value of what they paid for, extend the work appropriately, and strengthen their own capabilities.
