At DesignMap, we value and respect the importance of your privacy. That is why we have prepared this privacy policy to communicate how we collect, use, and share personal information. As used below, "Services" means any website, document, application, or professional service provided by DesignMap.  This policy may need to be changed from time to time. The updates will be posted online. If the changes are substantive, we will announce the update through usual communication channels such as blog posts, email, and/or notices on DesignMap’s website. Your continued use of DesignMap Services after the effective date of such changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.

1. Information Collection And Use

"Personal Information" means information that identifies you, like your name or email address. Any other information is "non-personal information."

Through your own submissions, we may collect and store information such as your name, address, location, telephone number, and email address.

We may use your non-personally identifiable information to better understand how to make the Services better for our Users. DesignMap may share this aggregated, anonymous data with business partners or other third parties to better understand our users, how our Services are used, and how we can be more effective.

Normally, only a limited number of our employees will see your personal information for the purposes of providing you our Services. A. No Unsolicited Personal Information Requests

We will never ask you for your personal information in an unsolicited letter, call, or email. If you contact our representative, we will only use your personal information if necessary to fulfill a request by you.

B. Cookies

Cookies are small text files that a website writes onto your computer. We use cookies to allow faster and easier access to your account information, monitor traffic on the site, and measure traffic patterns to improve functionality.  If you do not want us to collect information through cookies, there is a simple procedure in most browsers that allows you to deny or accept the cookie feature, have the browser notify you when you receive a new cookie, or how to disable cookies altogether.

D. Do Not Track

California Business & Professions Code Section 22575(b) provides that California residents are entitled to know how we respond to "Do Not Track" browser settings. Like many other websites and online services, we do not currently alter our practices when we receive Do Not Track signals as there is no consensus among industry participants as to what "Do Not Track" means in this context. E. Policies Concerning Children

If you are under 13, we don't want your personal information, and you must not provide it to us. If you are a parent and believe that your child who is under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us at info@designmap.com to have your child's information removed.

Should you wish to change your contact information, payment information, or other information that is collected from you and stored in your account, you can update or change that information within your account or contact the Company at info@designmap.com to request a change.
